Shipping Locations
We currently ship from our warehouse in the United Kingdom:

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Please note:

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
United Kingdom

Standard Shipping: estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping: estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch
Most UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package size/weight, and selected shipping method.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over £100.
Any available express shipping options and prices will be shown at checkout.
Tracking Information
Tracking is available for eligible shipping services.
If tracking is included with your selected shipping method, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier has received the parcel.
Delayed, Lost, or Marked-Delivered Orders
If your order is delayed, please first use your tracking information to check the latest shipment status.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

check with household members, neighbours, or your building reception

contact the shipping carrier directly

contact our support team if you still need assistance
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we will work with you on a best-effort basis, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for parcels lost after confirmed delivery.
Damaged Parcels or Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

a description of the issue

clear photos of the damaged item(s)

photos of the packaging, if applicable
We may not be able to assist with damage claims unless sufficient proof of damage is provided.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to help correct the information before the order is dispatched, but this is on a best-effort basis and cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for failed delivery, delay, or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
