JAPANESE AWAIRO WASHI STICKERS | GENTLE ANIMALS | NB

Soft colours, gentle creatures, and little moments made for paper.

Description

Awairo is a gentle Japanese design concept built around pale, airy colours and softly drawn forms.

Made in Japan by NB Co., Ltd. under its Nuku stationery line, this collection pairs delicate animal illustrations with flowers, sweets, stars and small everyday motifs. Printed on Japanese paper masking material, the slightly soft, papery surface complements the muted colours and hand-drawn character of the artwork.

Each variation creates its own little world: squirrels and a sleeping fox among flowers and crescent moons; black cats surrounded by ice cream and pastel shapes; small birds wandering through a garden of wildflowers; and nostalgic teddy bears with cheerful little messages.

The designs are intentionally light and loosely composed, making them easy to scatter across journal pages or combine into small decorative scenes without overwhelming the page.

A quiet, playful collection for notebooks, letters, planners and everyday paper decoration.

Summary
