Part of Furukawa Shiko’s Kyou no Otegami (“Today’s Letter”) collection, winner of 1st Place in the Letter Paper & Ippitsusen category at the Stationery Shop Award 2019.

The letter paper is made from Rakusuishi, a beautifully textured variety of Mino Washi created with delicate water-drop patterns. Its subtle translucency gives the blue floral design a soft, almost lace-like appearance.

Each set contains four sheets of letter paper and two matching double-layered envelopes.

Cat & Dog — Small Notes with Japanese Charm

Furukawa Shiko’s popular Soebumisen series brings a playful touch to traditional Japanese paper.

Small enough for a quick thank-you, a message with a gift, or a note slipped into a parcel, each set combines warm Mino Washi with a tiny hand-drawn character — from a cat carrying a love letter to a curious cat in a mug and two dogs exchanging a message.
